  16. 1/2 Egg yolk
  17. 10 grams Sugar
  18. 1/2 Egg white
  19. 10 grams Sugar

  13. Cut out 1 heart shape from each cake and then cut the remaining cake into 1cm cubes.
  14. Use melted chocolate as glue as you assemble the cubes into a square, alternating colors.
  15. Cut out a heart shape from the cubed square with a heart shaped cookie cutter.
  16. Coat the heart shaped sponge cakes with espresso
  17. Sprinkle the cubed sponge cake with brandy while still in the cookie cutter.
  18. Place the vanilla heart shaped sponge cake on top of the cubed heart cake, and then place them on top of the cocoa sponge cake. Press the vanilla heart shaped sponge cake from the top, and push it through the cookie cutter to shape all the cakes together.
  19. Spread brandy on the top of the cake again and coat with the tiramisu sauce. Dust with cocoa powder and it's done.
  20. This is a chocolate cake version.
